    Do you carry out complete roof replacements?

    Yes, we can carry out full re-roofs. Most of our roofing work is repairs, guttering and maintenance, and where a roof is nearing the end of its useful life we'll be honest about whether repairs will hold up or a replacement is the better option.

    How frequently do gutters need cleaning?

    In most cases, once yearly is enough, preferably in late autumn after the leaves have fallen. Homes near trees may need gutter clearing twice yearly.

    If the roof has leaked, can you fix the ceiling as well?

    Yes. After the roof has been repaired and the area is dry, our plasterers and decorators can restore and repaint ceilings and walls that are stained or damaged, with one team putting the entire problem right.

    Is scaffolding required?

    Not in every case. Ladders or an access tower can be used for many gutter repairs and minor roof repairs. For bigger repairs or taller buildings, scaffolding is safer, and our estimator will advise on the appropriate access for your job.

    Are you able to paint fascias and soffits?

    Yes. Our decorators can give timber fascias, soffits and bargeboards a fresh coat of paint to protect them against the weather, replacing any rotten sections beforehand if they cannot be repaired.
