Introduction
This interior painting and decorating project was carried out in the hall at Sarum Hall School in Belsize Park, London.
The finished hall combines white-painted walls and ceiling with refreshed woodwork throughout the space.
The Project
Walls were cleaned and prepared, with cracks and holes filled and sanded, and any water staining sealed. Two coats of paint were then applied to the walls and ceiling.
Previously painted woodwork was sanded, filled and primed where needed, then finished with two coats of paint. Floors were protected throughout the works.
The Result
The hall now has a clean, consistent finish across the walls, ceiling and woodwork.

School Painting and Decorating Project – Bethnal Green, London
This interior painting and decorating project was completed at Hague Primary School in Bethnal Green, London, covering the ground, first and second floor corridors.
The corridors have been finished in a warm cream tone, with the doors picked out in teal and the radiators repainted white.
The corridor walls were cleaned and prepared, with cracks and holes filled before two coats of paint were applied throughout for a smooth, durable finish.
Woodwork including doors and frames was prepared and painted, with previously varnished sections revarnished, and the radiators and pipework painted to match.
The finished corridors have a clean, consistent look across all three floors, with the teal doors standing out clearly against the cream walls. The school's caretaker was happy with the completed work.

This internal redecoration project was carried out at Lift Kingsley, a secondary school on Cecil Road in Hounslow. The scope covered the majority of the school's communal areas, including corridors and stairwells.
The finished spaces feature walls painted in a soft off-white/cream throughout, giving a clean, consistent look across the school's circulation areas.
Corridor and stairwell walls across most of the school's shared spaces were repainted in a soft off-white/cream finish, creating a uniform look throughout the different wings and levels covered by the works.
Existing signage, noticeboards and wall displays were left in place, with the surrounding wall areas painted around them.
The communal areas now have a bright, uniform finish throughout, giving the school's corridors and stairwells a clean, well-maintained feel. The school's caretaker was happy with the finished work.
