A Letter from Mark Kloss
Dear Sir/Madam,
The main intention of my company is:
To give the customer full value for money by providing a reliable service that carries out the decorating cleanly, pleasantly and to the required standard with a minimum of fuss.
From the beginning until now we have worked to keep with the small company attitude of looking after each one of our customers.
These customers only see the genial estimator, the friendly but efficient supervisor and busy decorators. However, behind the scene our wonderful backroom-staff, who have been working with us for many years, keep the engine running. The typing of the quotes, the hiring of the decorators and making sure they are properly qualified and trained on Health and Safety; the invoicing and managing of the accounts and the many legal requirements are all correctly looked after by them.
Together we pride ourselves on getting the job done to everyone’s satisfaction maybe not 100% but at least 95% of the time. I am proud to say that our questionnaires after each job actually prove this to be the case.
